The Cosplay Stage will feature exciting exhibition-style events where you can show off your cosplay creativity. Whether you’re part of a group cosplay or a solo masterpiece\, come take center stage and share your passion with the crowd. Expect jaw-dropping cosplays\, photo ops\, and incredible performances! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ \n\n\n\n\nLittle Tokyo Prop & Mask Policy\n\n\n\nTo ensure a fun\, safe\, and inclusive event for all attendees\, we ask that you review and follow the prop and mask guidelines below. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the event space. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🚫 PROHIBITED PROPS\n\n\n\n\nAbsolutely no metal props of any kind will be permitted. This includes but is not limited to swords\, knives\, bayonets\, cane-swords\, and other items made of metal with sharp points or edges.\n\n\n\nReal or replica firearms are strictly prohibited.\n\nThe only exception: clearly fake toy guns with no moving parts and a visible orange tip (including resin models with orange tips).\n\n\n\n\n\nNunchaku are not permitted unless made of clearly fake\, craft-safe materials and used responsibly.\n\n\n\nNo explosives\, smoke devices\, fireworks\, sparklers\, or any other hazardous chemicals.\n\n\n\nBows must be unstrung at all times. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis during designated cosplay showcases or contests.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n✅ PERMITTED PROPS\n\n\n\n\nProps made from foam\, plastic\, wood\, cloth\, PVC\, and other cosplay-safe materials are allowed\, as long as they are not dangerous to others.\n\n\n\nProps must not:\n\nExceed 8 feet in height\n\n\n\nBe too heavy to carry by a single person\n\n\n\nContain sharp points\, exposed wires\, or tripping hazards\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n⚠️ PROP BEHAVIOR\n\n\n\n\nDo not swing\, jab\, or brandish props in walkways or crowded spaces.\n\n\n\nIf a prop is used irresponsibly or deemed unsafe\, you may be asked to return it to your vehicle or room. Repeat offenses may result in removal from the event.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🎭 MASK & FACE COVERING POLICY\n\n\n\nHowever\, please note: The Mall at Fairfield Commons may ask you to remove your face covering if you leave the event area or walk through mall common spaces. We recommend keeping your mask removable and respecting mall security when asked. \n\n\n\nCOSPLAY EXHIBITION — INFORMATIONAL OVERVIEW\n\n\n\nCosplay masks\, helmets\, and face coverings are welcome inside the Little Tokyo event space. \n\n\n\nWhat is it?A casual\, runway-style cosplay showcase where attendees can walk the stage and show off their looks. This is a non-competitive event—no judges\, no prizes\, just a celebration of cosplay. \n\n\n\nTime & Location: \n\n\n\n\nSign-ups: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the designated cosplay table\n\n\n\nLine-up: 5:30 PM – 5:45 PM\n\n\n\nShowcase Begins: 6:00 PM\n\n\n\n\nHow it works:Participants will be called up one by one for a brief walk-on presentation. You’ll get a short intro\, then take the stage to strut\, pose\, and shine! First-timers are welcome—we can walk you through what to expect. \n\n\n\nImportant Notes: \n\n\n\n\nAll ages and experience levels welcome\n\n\n\nNo judging\, no scoring—this is purely for fun and community\n\n\n\nSpots are limited\, so sign up early!\n\n\n\n\n\n✍️ Meet Industry Celebrities:Get up close and personal with some of the biggest names in the anime industry!
